Monday, a lot of heavy cloud at various levels but hill should be clear of it. Mynd wind is due to be light and somewhere between wnw and sw. Might be soarable just about. Supposed to be dry today.
Tuesday Wednesday blown out.

I think the wind vane at the Mynd may have frozen. it's been saying NNW for a while and the MGC windsock is WSW. Hopefully once the air warms up a little the snow will melt off it.

The MGC weather station is working though, fixed last week. Currently showing WSW at 3 knots which seems about right given the windsock.

Thursday a possibility, forecasts vary between wnw and nnw and ok to too windy for pg launching. But it still looks better than the rest of the week.

Thursday possible, very gusty early on but due to calm down late sfternoon. Direction between nw and n. Probably long mountain best choice, but the gusting may still be an issue even if general wind not too bad. Chance of snow early on making getting up there difficult.

Afternoon might be wrst enough for the mynd, for hg and maybe pg.

Sunday promising, dry and NW to NNW. Might be a bit windy for our sites for pg though. Probably the best place in UK to be by current forecasts, so fingers crossed.
