Today looks flyable but rain moving in from the west which might reach us in the afternoon. Its eest but due to veer NNW to N during this morning. Reasonable wind speed for pg and hg. Cloudbase not particularly high with a fair amount of it. Probably best to be as far east as you can, lawley or wrekin though if its windier than expected wrekin is not ideal as cant launch lower down.

Thursday has improved but the difficulty looks like being wind direction. Quite breezy early on but gradually decreasing and going from north to north east which makes corndon very difficult to soar. Not very thermic but there will be some though limited by the layers of cloud. Some sunny patches if lucky.

Next couple of days look a washout but there is hope for Sunday on some forecasts.

Sunday starts off with a bit of a west wind but as the day improves the wind is due to descraase to very little or nothing, but still West or NW. Options are Mynd early on, or for a chance of thermalling later Lawley from the top, Wrekin or maybe still the Mynd.

Sunday forecasts have improved. Our area looks best for any thermals and theres a bit more wind. Still veering NW during the day but with a lot of cloud later so thermals look better lunchtime rather than late afternoon.
