Covid Update 24 10 2021

Whilst many restrictions have been removed or relaxed, infections are reportedly increasing. We ask all pilots to continue to follow the relevant government guidelines that are still in place where our sites are located.

Please remember especially the more rural villages near our flying sites are likely to be concerned about the risks of visitors spreading Covid within their communities.

Clunbury residents have expressed such feelings to us in the past (I understand they have had a very bad time with Covid), so as Covid infection rates increase again please try to avoid Clunbury - and other rural villages - unless you are local yourself. In other words don't park within the village to walk to the flying site and if bottom landing try to preferably avoid, or at least minimize, your time within the village while walking out.

Failing to do this, as well as the obvious health risk, could upset those who see us and result in the temporary closure or permanent loss of a site.

Please do not visit our sites or events including socials if you have Covid or Covid symptoms.

Thank you!
